Motion Graph problem - Help please.

Hello. It is embarrassing to ask this question! What did I do to "turn off" my ability to edit my motion graph? I don't use it often but I wanted to play with it just now when testing my new Moho 12. I find that I'm not seeing keyframes there. I click around... right click, left click. I s...

Re: Disappointing expensive Moho 12 Update

I'm disappointed that nothing has been done to improve the character wizard. It hasn't changed since version 8 or even earlier. It still takes a few hours to create an original nice looking character with Moho. I think other 2d animation programs are much better at that... The Character Wizard has ...

Re: Can you do this in the Timeline with new Moho 12?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but ... It does look like you can now select all your layers, which will show all of the keyframes. Then you can select all the keframes you want to drag down the timeline to insert more open space in the timeline to work with. Thanks. Yes, that's true! Sounds like t...

Re: adjusting colour, brightness, saturation

All said, I do wish we had some actual image controls for imported image layers. At least the basics: Curves, Levels, Brightness, Contrast, Gamma, Hue and Sat controls. There have been a few times when I've wanted to roll the hue slightly or soften a color by desturating and brightening layers for ...

Can you do this in the Timeline with new Moho 12?

Hello all! I arrived late to Victor's webinar on Moho 12. I asked a question, but mine probably didn't fit with what they wanted to feature in the live cast. All the years I've used Moho I have wanted to be able to do this and I don't know if it was possible in previous versions or in the new Moho 1...

Re: Disappointing expensive Moho 12 Update

Compared to TVPaint or Toonboom Harmony the upgrade cost is quite cheap. In my opinion the software is worth the price. The difference between ASP 11 and Moho 12 are huge. Big improvements have been made to old features, and lots of new features have been added. I agree. When I saw the "teaser...

In a panic over Moho 12 release and here is why...

Hello folks. If there is anyone out there with "inside info," I would LOVE to get a reply: I was thrilled to see that next AS update is coming, but alarmed to see that it is coming out as soon as August 9th. I'm actually more alarmed about the name change back to Moho, but please let me ex...

Don't we need quicktime to render w transparent BG?

Hello forum members! I just learned this morning that it is strongly recommended we uninstall Quicktime from Windows machines because there is no longer support for Windows installation of Quicktime. We could be vulnerable to attacks. I only know of one way to render an Anime Studio animation w tran...

Re: Looking for specific tutorial: Two voices, one person, D

Yeah, that sounds like a good option too. I hadn't thought of that procedure. I made a tutorial for them with different steps than this, but I like yours as an option, too. Thanks a bunch for the suggestion! If I made a tutorial, it would be something like this: 1. Record audio for first person with...

Re: Looking for specific tutorial: Two voices, one person, D

You can do all sound work in Audacity, which is free. Yes they might need to use Audacity no matter how simple I keep the assignment. I just figured out another great shortcut while I've been investigating the possibilities this morning. I believe I know how to make a really good, yet basic tutoria...

Re: Looking for specific tutorial: Two voices, one person, D

Do it like they did in the old radio days. Just record everything live--voices, music, foley, etc.--in one take. It’s low tech, but the recording session could be fun and creative. Yes indeed - that is an option. That does make it harder to use the pitch shift in AS, though. Thanks for the response!

Looking for specific tutorial: Two voices, one person, Debut

Hi All. I teach an online beginner animation class so I have limited contact with my students - other than making video tutorials. Here is the problem. My students use only AS Debut (most can't afford Pro). The assignment I give for their final project is to Lip Sync two characters having a conversa...

Re: Bone Target tutorials please?

Oh I see. Duh, I didn't notice that you were off of frame 0 for that maneuver even though I went back over that part three times. Ugh. Well anyway, this is great. It took me TOOOOO long to try targets. I love the stretching effect. Still working on the tutorial - it's a long one and I'm taking it in...

Re: Bone Target tutorials please?

I've been following the tutorial using my own character. By the way, the sound is fine and your accent isn't a problem. :-) I am having trouble early in the tutorial. At time stamp 12:00 you show that the foot moves independently after clicking the "Independent Angle" box. I clicked that b...
