Poser Debut was available for free a while ago... But, I think, it’s back to $ 49.99 again...? Otherwise try DAZ Studio 4, I guess, it’s still free for a limited time... http://www.daz3d.com/products/daz-studio/daz-studio-what-is-daz-studio Objects from both versions should import easily as OBJ file...

As far as I know, if you have the “non-credit-card” trial-version of Anime Studio Pro...? The following limitations might apply... • Preview is watermarked and can't be saved to disk
  • Export animation is disabled
  • Importing is disabled (that might include OBJ)
  • Upload to YouTube/Facebook is...

Split the Character apart before adding the bones...
Check out Tutorial 3.4 Character Setup...
It really doesn’t matter if you use imported image components or your own vector drawings.

Did you split your character apart when adding the bones...?
If not, check out tutorial 3.4 “character setup”
(user manual.pdf, accessible from the help menu (top toolbar).

Either use the Translate Points (T) Tool...
Drag one point over another, then hit the spacebar...

Or, check Auto-weld (top toolbar)...
With the Translate Points Tool drag one point over another, until you see a green circle,
Then release the mouse...

Aren’t you the “Administrator” of your computer...? If you don’t have “administrative rights”, you have to ask someone who has... Open the computers System Preferences / Users & Groups... Have a look who is the Admin of that machine... Select the Anime Studio.app in the Application Folder / Get ...

In Photoshop make sure your image has an alpha channel (transparent background)
Delete the background... you’ll see the chequerboard... then save as PNG or PSD...
Import those prepared images into Anime Studio and apply the bones...

At least double the resolution of your project resolution “rule of thumb”...
Much higher for closeups...
