looks like nobody has done it yet on ASP5. i'd suggest getting a motion study of it a water flow on a beach and start from there. some anime japanese style splash seems to be more of the following: 1) move water line to stage. 2) decrease alpha while tweening, stop when zero. 3) goto (1) by the way,...

check out http://www.kirupa.com
i read some of their stuff and it worked pretty well for me.
though most of the stuff i do are mostly actionscript 2.0 nowadays. i still like to do some animation with cool motion effects.
also check the adobe livedocs for additional information.

wondered about the ease-out at the bottom of the bounce (recoil), still figuring out what that was. also, i'm going to try a corner kick, with a ball deformation effect at the moment of impact. the image below is easier to rig, player set almost in a plane. http://mywebpages.comcast.net/StarCityFan/...

hi all, i just made another sample animation ... not sure if u got the action action animation correctly, it seems that i need advice on this one. the technique was basically taken from the output of a 5fps DSLR. the only part i cannot get is the moment of impact, i find that tough to fgure out the ...

here is the sample file i made using the technique, though i made some slight variation to it to achieve a better behavior. it seems that 24fps is a bit slow for this example by amping it up to 60fps. http://www.begonza.com/animation/aspro/aswiki.tutorial.016.01.mov http://www.begonza.com/animation/...

i watched a one hour Flash web-based tutorial about easing-in and easing-out using Flash, and I found this thread very similar to it as well. question: has anybody done this recently? i'm going to try this out later and see if creating an ease-out frame near (90%) the keyframe and then dragging that...
