Wierd Gradient Bug

I started with a layer, immune to camera movements, containing a shape with a gradient fill. I then created an other layer and rotated it with the "rotate layer X" tool. It now looked like this: http://www.geocities.com/hiddicop/GrBug1.jpg I moved the camera, and pitched it, and the result...

How did you get two shaded edges in Moho... A shape can have two effects. Simply have both effects being "Shaded" and you will have two shades. (Actually, there is a way you can have an unlimited amount of shades. If you have the shaded object as a seperate layer you can use layer shading...

The first one was encoded with WMV3, not DivX.

If neither of them work, then I don't know what to do. Can you watch other DivX movies, outside of putfile? Perhaps the problem is that putfile uses in-browser viewing of movies.

For those who can't watch it, I uploaded it again, with the DivX codec this time. Here it is. How did you do it all? :) Well, it's rather simple. Images as backgrounds, animation with Moho, and then either greenscreening in EditStudio or masking in Moho. What 3D software did you use? The software I ...

Island of Infinite Insanity

This isn't entirely made in moho, but I guess I can share it here anyway, cause without moho I could never have done it - not even most of the non-animated parts. It's quite long - 10 minutes - and it's 25 mb big. This is my first try at making movies like this, so there is lots of tings that could ...

I think what it means is that you should post tricks here, and come in here when you want to find tricks. Questions should be asked on the "How do I"-forum, this forum I think should be more of a library of animation-tricks. But I might be wrong.

This should be a feature. Just like "Immune to camera movements" there should be a "Immune to group movements".

Outlines and Fills

Just a small thing I noticed when working with small details. If I have a very small object which should have an outline, the outline will cover the fill. There should be a way to make the outline render below the fill (without haveing to create to seperate fills).

Only one thing, seems like the Rigth Mouse Button click and drag function in numerical box has a weird results, can be? For me it works without any problem at all. What happens when you right-click and drag? (Gosh, I didn't even know about this click-n'-drag function until now. I've said it before,...

It would be even better if there were three states of eyebutton-clicking. First the layer is etirely visable. After one click it's hidden in editing-view. After another click it's etirely invisible. And then it cycles so it's entirely visible again.

Or, thinking twice, this might be easier doing by hand. It might get messy otherwise.

Okay, I might have an idea here, but I need the answer on a couple of questions: 1. Is there any way to, using LUA, calculate the distance between one object and another? 2. Is there any way to create an object at every, let say 20 pixles on every layer in a project? If I have a square and want a ci...

Okay, now it's getting better. Alot better. I'll peraps even make an animation made entirely with this tool for drawing. A little origami-looking animation like this (a simple scene that I made with this tool. Very simple, but it shows what you can do with the tool): http://www.geocities.com/hiddico...

I've tried to find many different solutions to the lighting-"problem", also this idea. But it dosen't work. Look at these to images: 1. Here the light source (the pinkish circle) is further away from the camera than the "wall". This works fine. http://www.geocities.com/hiddicop/2...

I like the tool, and in some situations it's very usefull, and saves a lot of time. There are somethings that could get better (there were a couple of extra points on some places, and some other small things) but otherwise it's good. I made a quick test with it and came up with this (just in case yo...
