I was wondering how would I get an intense windy blizzard affect? Can I use particles to do it or a mask?

I was wondering if theres a way to change the opacity levels of an object in Anime Studio and make it transparent I tried changing it in the direct layer but the transparency doesn't show in the preview.

I thought I was drawing my building on frame 0 but drew it on Frame 1 instead of Frame 0. Is there a way to move the drawing from 1 to 0 without having to redraw my hole building again
