Taking a quick look at it, the .WAV (RIFF) and .AIFF are both based on the framework of Electronic Arts (I)nterchange (F)ile (F)ormat, so it may not be much a a hassle at all to set up the script to work with them for Mac users. I've got a pretty good working mixer script worked out, but I haven't p...

When Moho 5 was in beta, there was a separate file translatio program to make the files work with 5. You might be able to do a search on the forum and find it, I know there was a link, but if not LM has said before it's cool to redistribute it so I'll upload it if you need it. -Okay, I just put it u...

That's pretty much exactly what I'm trying to work out now. Cleaned up the code a bunch, and made it so it everything is processed 16bit stereo. No way I'm going to try to put resampling (like changing the audio's sample rate from 11K to 44.1K) in there at the moment, it's pretty intensive stuff. On...

Open Source Metrocards! Yeah! More free rides! I don't expect the subway to be free any time soon (although that would be a Really Nice Thing), and in the same respect I expect anything to be free. Open source doesn't immediately equate to free Free! FREE! I wouldn't mind, under copyright restrictio...

Directly, I think Mike should get paid. He's developed a nice piece of software that a fairly big company thinks is worthy of distributing. I think that's good.

CowsCanFly- the original (assigned soundtrack) file length shouldn't change, so I have obviously done some thing Very Stupid. Gimme a second to throw some error checking in here. Please, somebody try 2 files you know are 16 bit together, so I can at least know the code works on somebody else's mahin...

Aw, hell, I know it works for 44.1 16bit stereo files, so let's start there, huh? Ramón - Sorry, I said it was beta. but it does work for 1...

Oops, forgot to finish the 8 bit stuff ( the 16 bit was being much more of a pain) should be better now, updated the file at the link above. Sorry 'bout that.

MixSound

I started working on a mixer (a lot of the code was already in the PadSound script), and I finally got something working. Keep in mind this is MAD BETA, so don't blame me if something blows up. It shouldn't, but I gotta say that. I've only tried it on Winduhs, I'm sure someone'll let me know if it f...

Very cool Myles, I'm sure it'll make a lot of people happy(er). Also, I put in a stong vote to keep the "hidden feature", that's something that I would certainly use. Being able to use the particular set of phonemes you want in the manual breakdown would be a nice add, though.

Don't know it you could make it as mechanical looking as needed, but perhaps a variation of LM's Object Warping Trick http://www.lostmarble.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1443 might work for something like this.
