Please, if you may comment on my question about the coordinates and maybe do something about the grid snapping. After you've completed your drawing in a single layer, you can turn off grid snapping trough the menu (View -> Disable Grid Snapping) and then align the completely selected drawing with t...

There is a style of animation where people build the animation pixel by pixel. I understand now. OTOH there must be programs better suited for computer aided pixel pushing than Moho. It seems to me that Moho is more of a drawing program (equivalent to pencil drawing) and less of a painting program ...

I am using villagephoto.com to upload the images, and they won’t accept a PNG file, so I don’t know how to post it. Next time, try freespace.nu . They seem to exist just for uploading images for webforums. They state on their website: Upload your jpgs, gifs and pngs for free! Use our storage to sen...

IMHO a solution to this problem could be to replace the checkbox next to the grid image by an icon of a magnet for an Enable Grid Snapping function (colored when active, gray when inactive) and replace the image of the grid by an icon of the grid (black when active, gray when inactive). This solutio...

I made my first Lua script
I made a script to create pyramids, by modifying the Cube Lua script and ran that new script in Moho, and the thing is I don't know anything about Lua. Here is an animation (38 Kbyte) I made and here the ZIP archive containing the Lua script and a Moho file using the 3D pyramid. Wow, I didn't know L...

Haven't tried PSP for vectors I visited the corel website to confirm my claim that PSP can't export in vector format, but the darn site won't work properly, probably because I don't use M$ Win IE, or even M$ Mac IE  However, if it has a vector export filter: in the past Corel was notoriously ...

Re: How do I import PSP created .eps and .ai files?
Well, PaintShop Pro doesn't create vectors, so there aren't any to import. In both EPS and AI formats its possible to include bitmap and/or vector data. Simply because a file is exported as an EPS or AI doesn't mean it contains vectors. If you are on a tight budget, there is a possibility to transfo...

Windows and MacOSX export different file size
Its only marginal, but in my case the Windows version of Moho 5.1.1 produced a different file size than the Mac OS X version of Moho 5.1.1, for the same Moho file. I assumed the exported files on both platforms were exactly the same, but this was not the case. Of course, visually there was no appare...

2D bones on 3D objects
I wasn't aware Moho could animate 3D objects using bones. Here is the MOV file (360 kB) I made. Not impressive, but still, the 3D hand moves.

Re: [Newbie] Block jumping
I apologise if my critique seems somewhat harsh. It wasn't harsh at all. I don't know about you, but sometimes its hard to judge your own work, especially if you've put so much time and effort in it. BTW I made an animation with sound (downloaded from the web) and a better floor color. The orangey ...

How about trying your box dropping from the sky and then bouncing up? Or fall over and lie down after a small hop if it is a brick ;) I have some problems at the first of your animation with the box bending or squishing- looks like an accordion - not sure what it is doing. It is now clear to me tha...
