I like it, nice gestures for the face, brings out the character well.

There is no reason you couldn't just draw the strokes in AS - just experiment I think some people forget you can actually DRAW in AS - don't just think basic shapes and lines.

I'll have to chase down some episodes to see what it's all about. I think a lot of stories/series suffer from not building up quick enough. They both look really nice

The animations for the girl walking and turning were particularly good in the first vid. Looked pretty convincing, motion wise that is.

The second, wow, really nice colours and style - is it all in AS? Or is there bitmaps used as well?

Hey everyone. Just looked up a band called Black Label Society. Zakk Wylde started the band, he used to play guitar for Ozzy Osbourne. Anyhoo, not a bad rock band - but the animation caught my eye. Nice traditional style animation mixed with 3D. A car chase through a twisted city with evil papparazz...

hehe, I dig the camouflage joke - and seriously, I can't go by a "stupid ass" joke ala the guys hitting on the girls.

BTW just a bit of feedback on the audio for the voice - honestly I think there is a bit too much reverb.
