This kind of sickening violence should be banned from this forum. The character is clearly in agony and the animation in neither funny, instructive nor entertaining. (p.s. could we see the bone sticking through the skin :D) px nice face work! At least there wasn't a brain dripping with blood rollin...

FlipBook by Digicel can be used for this kind of thing also... the Lite version can be bought for $69 and is great for doing pencil tests. Alas, I have no credit card and no OS X Tiger. Another solution could be Plastic Animation Paper, when a Mac version is released, that is. There is a Windows an...

I meant not the standard walk cycle, but the more interesting ones, of which the principles are described in the book, and you have to design yourself, to fit the character and mood of the scene. The implementation can be done with vectors, but the design is so much easier with pencil and paper (or...

However, remember, The Animator's Survival Guide is based on traditional animation. You still have to translate it to vector (cut out) animation, which is overall less subtle than pixel based or hand drawn animation. Some animators on this forum develop their rough walk cycles on paper before imple...

Because I knew the feet wouldn't be seen in the final scene I have not animated them properly, so seeing him clearing may not be such a good idea! I've done 1 and 2 already which made a difference (and about to compile the entire scene of which it is a part, I'll post the whole thing then). ...

Re: my first music video attemp (sort of)

I finally made my first audio synced music video (kind of anyway). It's 3:17 long and the file size is 24,7 mb I would really be glad to get some critics, if you have the patient to download this big file. ulrik link: http://www.musikboden.se/other%20projects/animated%20movies/moho/files/page37-101...

Re: First ever walk cycle

I've had Anime Studio for about a month and this is my first ever walk cycle: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUnoPVMAnng Any comments welcome. Not bad for a first start, but you need to get the entire body into the act. Take a look at how people walk and note how the head moves, the shoulders, the ...

The idea of allowing existing customers with valid serial numbers to re-download the Moho 5.x software should not be considered unreasonable. Anime Studio introduced a number of new bugs and annoyances into the software that weren't originally present in Moho. Personally, I think E-Frontier should ...
