I uploaded two screen shots. One before hitting the Z, or S keys and one after. The A, B, and T keys don't screw up the positions. Yikes. I've had this same problem for years and now that I'm getting more serious about my skills, here it is again! Sometimes, when I have more than one bone Flexi bound to a layer (image file) I can get the 2 bones independently influencing the layer. Sometimes not. I go over and over the process....

Re: FBF animation, I haven't used CSP for FBF animation but if CSP can display an audio waveform on its timeline, that's a big advantage over Krita's FBF workflow. CSP exports PSD file with no problem. It also does let you import wav or mp3 files. One thing it doesn't do is let you scrub the audio....
