I'm also really interested in their professional workflow and asset management. How they create their projects, and in what order, by whom. All this stuff is endlessly interesting, and not just for inspiration purposes. I am dying to see how Anime Studio is used in a professional environment, and ho...

Lua Console Error using Actions
Hi there. I have created some Actions in Anime Studio but when I go into them to try and adjust anything I get this message: Stop all Actions and restart the script. Error: Creating new objects in the middle of an action can lead to unexpected results. Now, I'm not creating any new objects in the mi...

1.Sometimes the dots will dissapear if you just highlight the layer (after you've performed something that will un-optimise the layer). No need to close the file and open it again. 2. Yeah, im just talikng about binding layers to bones. What confuses me is that you can perform bone scaling and it do...

The trouble with using the top Group or Bone layer to scale the character to create Squash and Stretch is that it De-Optimizes (gets rid of the red dot) Every layer that is contained within that group. This also goes for using the perspective tools. The only way the optimization is maintained with l...

Sorry, probably should'nt have used the word 'Transformation' in this context. What I meant was that in your comment you mentioned using layer 'transformations' to get squash and stretch. I interperated this as you were Scaling the layer to get the squash and stretch, but I'm guessing you just mean ...

I've learnt that it is a good idea to place the point of origin of a layer to where the joint is, that way I can use Layer transformations to get squash and stretch easily. Thanks for the tips SlowTiger, but I thought that using layer transformations to get squash and stretch,as you say, de-optimiz...

'Rescale Keframes' - DOES NOT WORK!!!
The rescale keyframes function works ok for shifting a bunch of keyframes back in time, but if I want to shift them forward it does not work!! It just seems to 'mash' the keyframes together. Say, for instance, I have a bunch of keyframes from frame 10 to 20 that I want to move 10 frames forward in t...
