I found this happening when the soundtrack starts and plays normally, but the animation hangs up, then suddenly starts to run and plays everything it missed faster until both parts are in sync again. No big problem.

Only things done in Moho were the particles in 1st scene and the camera move in last, everything else in TVPaint.

It's in the manual on page 336/337, a bit hidden in the page turn.

I assume that you're talking about the playback in project view.

You can always shorten the area of playback by alt-right-cllick and alt-left-click in the frame number line of the timeline.

Making Moho play back only once is not possible.

It should be possible to start at any value a user enters. Separate layer, so it can be rendered/hidden as anything else. Maybe with some options to design size/colour/placement.
