Cell Army
Hey guys, So, I finished up my third Movember Animation way late. It took me about 3 days just to write it, because I couldn't seem to find the words to move it forward. However, I did some new stuff that I've been wanting to experiment with for a while, so I feel like I got better, however marginal...

Re: Pirates (MC animation)
Very well done. The writing was great, if a little "Family Channel", the animation was crisp, and it maintained a Minecraft vibe without it being Machinima. Very impressed. Keep it up.

Re: Lip Syncing
I believe selgin had made a demo using smart bones to show off the range of motion on a characters eyes and mouth, and lip synced in the same way. That was the video that really made me go, "Whoa. Okay, this is something great." At any rate, thank you for your replies, gives me some room t...

Re: Nov. 11 Second Club WIP
The eye movement sells it. I'm really impressed with that, it looks very... human, so to speak.

Lip Syncing
Hello all,
I understand that AS has it's own lip syncing feature, but if a guy wanted to have a more hands-on feel to it, what would you recommend? A switch layer with different mouth shapes in it? Or would you mold the mouth manually for each sound?

Re: Videos not smooth issue
Is it the render directly out of AS? Or is it the playback in a video editor? This might be more of an editing issue, but I noticed when I rendered in Sony Vegas, I would have lots of either dropped frames, or ghosting when I played it back. What I did was disable resampling, and that cleared everyt...

Re: Newest Work
Thanks Danimal! I made the characters before I realized how amazing smart bones are, so I'll definitely be putting some time in to make the characters more solid. I appreciate your feedback, thank you.

I don't know if I need to give feedback on a certain number of pieces before posting my own, so if that is the case, feel free to delete this. I'm running a Movember Donation Campaign through my website, with the stipulation that for every $50, I would randomly choose 2 words from a list, and make a...

Re: GTA 5 STARS
I've watched this about 5 times in the past few days, and I hate to be "that guy", especially as I'm brand new here, but I do think the cursing adds something, at least to this piece. I mean, it fits in some places. The black guy establishes himself as an impatient character early on, and ...
