When trying to install my upgrade today (which includes adding your license key/serial number) I keep getting a message saying "you have not entered a valid previous version serial number". So I thought "oops, did i not register my previous version (Anime Studio Pro 11) serial number?...

Exactly why I requested a native JSON exporter.

Re: Unity 3D Export & FFD

I don't want to use png sequences..... Understood. But to my understanding, all anims within Unity are treated the same by the Animation Controller. As far as using "animations for multiple skins" that sounds like it may be a Spine issue, not Unity. As it applies to this forum, Moho 12 no...

Re: Unity 3D Export & FFD

If you can export your animation from Moho to PNGs, then you're fine in Unity. Import or drag them into your scene. Select all PNGs and (in the Inspector window) set them all to "Sprite (2D and UI)". Filter = point. Then drag all PNGs into scene and name the animation. Unity treats all ani...

I don't think I follow. Parent a group of verts to a path, then animate the verts?

Thanks, Selgin. (It's been a long time. :) )

bones to paths

I'm getting ready to animate a Chinese dragon and was wondering if there's a way to get bones to follow a path.

Thanks in advance.

I agree with my colleagues here. If you can, try to draw your characters in ASP. But if you're like me and prefer to work in AI first, you might be interested in this post I put up a few years ago.

Thanks so much for doing this, Cap. I seem to be getting errors in 9.5. Are these not 9.5 compatible?

Mine arrived yesterday. Wouldn't let my kids touch, breath, or look at it. Slept with it under my pillow. I kept mumbling "Nice package" all night long.
