I should of mentioned this earlier... I quit because the man is looking for someone to animate (bone rig) some graphics he made. He is not looking for a cartoon animator, just someone to animate his stuff. The man is talented at making game graphics, but he does not explain much about what he wants.

On my final product,which I do not have anymore, I did do that and fixed the movement as well but the guy I sent it to did not like it. I wish I still had that file to show , oh well. Thanks for the comment though.

In what format do you export in Anime Studio? And in what format do you export in Vegas Studio? I want to be able to put it on DVD using sony's DVD Architect, but some of my clips glitch sometimes. In Anime Studio I export in 720x486, 30fps, quicktime PNG compressed. I know i'm doing something wrong...

That's pretty good, it would look a bit better with shading on the skin though.
And I agree with Genete, make a less realistic ear (make it simple).

The character looks good to me, the only suggestion I would give is that when you add the shadings on the eyes you can either color it in dark blue or just black.
