walk cycle with images

Hello,

I want to create a walk cycle for a character that I created with cut out images, but I notice that onion skinning does not work with images that are manipulated with bones. Any suggestions on how to get an accurate walk cycle?

Poser 8 is the version I used for testing. I don't know about pricing. You have to ask Smith Micro. -vern I ask about the Poser version because I received a special "time limited" offer from Smith Micro for Poser 7. I only have Poser 5 right now. If anyone has tested with an older version...

If you have any questions regarding ASP7 just ask, we'll answer them gladly, so you can make an enlighten decision. Thank you. What version of Poser is compatible with ASP 7? As far as the upgrade price goes, is that the standard upgrade price or a limited time offer? I ask because of this email I ...

Sounds like a great upgrade! Is $130 the upgrade price? I ask because it is not really a discount from $199 since upgrades are always cheaper than buying a software for the first time. A little confused by the advertising which calls it a discount. udd PS what version of Poser is neede to work with ...

Nice work, although what Genete said about the reflections on the water is correct.
How did you animate the fire? Was it created in Gimp?

By the way what part of Texas are you from? I lived in Dallas for 12 years.

Thanks for the nice post slowtiger, and for all of the useful advice. The animators also posted a lot of useful resource art work to look at.

Yes, it would be nice to see a full animation since the clips although very nice are quite short.

Thanks ST - I am used to PhotoShop but for me, its not feeling the natural tool at the moment, hence looking for other, more artist rather than photographer designed tools. You could try Coral Painter $400 or Art Rage Studio Pro $80. Art Rage Studio is $40 and AR 2.5 is $20. These both art for pain...

Thanks Selgin for another great tutorial. It's a great help, because for me trying to understand these things is a little bit like when I tried to wire my house.
With these tutorials making 3d turns becomes possible.

I have a clothesline zigzag from wall to wall... Ha-ha, my wife would love that. That portable recorder looks interesting. Maybe you can write a little review of it for the forum after you try it. How did you find out about it, did you search on Google or hear about it from some where else? No one ...

Wow, Slowtiger, thanks for all of the information. I do have a condenser mic that goes to a Beringer mixer which I attach to my computer through an Edirol USB audio interface, but unfortunately it's in Budapest. It's not so high quality, but it helps. Do you hang those blankets on the walls? That H4...
