Re: Witch Spells

So glad you posted these again. They are so gothically cool. Great voice over (but what else would you expect from Vincent Price), great visuals and great animation. So nice to see a quality motion graphics post. Who needs After Effects when you can do this in Moho. I know you posted a brief descrip...

Bah Bloody Humbug - A Toy/Paper Theatre Animation

I have been toying on and off for a few years ( well more off...always other priorities) with this concept of animation. Something that is both quick and easy and at the same time offering a convincing storytelling device. I have tried to replicate Victorian Toy/Paper Theatre shows as animation. I p...

Where is the Script Menu for ASP 10

Way back in 2011 Hayasidist very kindly changed the audio script for layer wiggle to operate in the x axis as opposed to the default Y, for me. I want to incorporate it in my upgraded version of ASP 10, but under ProgramFiles/Smithmirco/ASP...I can't see the script folder any more. Has it been moved...

Manga Studio EX 4 Help

Can anybody tell me who uses this software, is it possible to Export a PNG image with alpha? Each time I try, I always get the white background included. This happens when I Export as a PSD as well. Am I missing something here?
Thanks in advance for any help,
Cheers,
Shanty

GiuseppeA,
Thanks for the offer of help.
I have downloaded Blender and I will let you know how I get on with the 2D/3D mix. Although it will not be for a few months.
Cheers,

GiuseppeA,
Thanks again for the reply, and the great screenshots. I very much like what you have shown me, and think it is time to download Blender and come to grips with it.
The only trouble is I will be breaking one of my New Year's Resolutions...don't learn any new software!!!
Cheers,
Shanty

GiuseppeA, That was exactly the look I was trying to describe. So my question is again, could 2D animation out of Anime Studio rendered as PNG's be attached as animated texture to a 3D layer in Blender (in your case the corrugated cardboard). Or is that something that is best done all in Blender, as...

GiuseppeA, With your knowledge of Blender, it is possible to take it one step further a great solution would be to create animations in 2D Anime Studio, export the animation as png images with alpha channel, and use the sequence of images as a png animated textures on a 2D plane, immersed in a 3D en...

Thanks for the link. Blender looks great...it's just the learning curve of learning another software. But you have given me some food for thought.
