Okay, so I found the video file but it was only visible in my screen capture program. When I tried to open it, it said there was an error. When I tried to move the file, it said the file did not exist. So, I deleted the file. Then I went into the Recycle Bin and restored it to my desktop. It worked....

I simply used a layer which moved to reveal the text behind.
The most important part is the flashing line. This gives it the computer look you are looking for.
