Yeah, Hash keeps most of everything on a public ftp, which is nice, and remember we<ere talking the 90's here, Hash was quite in advance for it's time regarding the use of the web!
Oh that's right, Hash is the name of the company, isn't it?

Hey Gilles, wow that's pretty cool looking. How long did it take you, do you remember? Yah I hear those negative things about A.M., the same things you mentioned, but I'm always so impressed with the work I see coming from it. Oh, I wasn't sure what you meant by "it is still on hash FTP"? ...

Hey thanks for your comments! I can't quite remember the name of it, but it was one of the animations featured on their website, and it was like a "Princess Bride" kind of feel: the main guy was wearing black and the two characters were in an awesome sword fight. Really impressive work. In...

Blender 2D Style Animation

Hey Guys, I wanted to run something by you, regarding the 3D animation/modeling program Blender. A while back I saw an animation that was done on Animation Master (a 3D program) a few years ago, and it was an incredible piece of work, but what was particularly interesting is that it looked like a tr...

Hey DK, I've actually been look into a good FBF program, myself, and am having a heck of a time deciding on Toon Boom Studio or Flipbook. There is some overlap between TBS and ASP, but it seems like TBS has some things that Flipbook doesn't, which might be quite useful. Would be interested to hear s...

Easy, if you are looking for a frame by frame animation software, then Toonboom is what you need, with it you get better drawing tools, better colour registration, you get a node based compositor with advanced effects and compositor, better content management, better 3d environment, better timeline...

haha

No, a good part of those books is already translated into english. See your local comic shop. The question is: how good can you draw? If you can't - you're lost. Good anime is based on good drawings. There's no shortcut. There's no magic "insert hair blowing dramatically in the wind" butt...

Hey Riziam

Hey Riziam, I'm not an expert at ASP yet, but I've been tinkering with version 7 a while, and have seen a lot of people's work, and I honestly believe there isn't much ASP can't do, provided the person has the imagination and is willing to put in the time. As one of the other comments pointed out, t...

Hey I know what you mean. I joined his site a few months ago, and some of the videos weren't working properly. I wrote him a couple times but never heard back from him. He still got my money, though. It's a shame, too, because he has a lot of info to impart about the program. I think he needs to tak...

Yah and that was something other users brought up. If you don't like the current version, use an older version. If you think you won't want future versions then stick with the current one. However, the other thing to consider, which is part of what is annoying some people, is that they need to fix c...

Hey Mozbo, I'm with you in that I don't really understand what the protest is all about. As I understand it, one user in particular (and probably others) was upset because the new AS introduced some new 3D features, and the concern is that future versions will have to spend significant time refining...

Hey Neeters, I got the page to work correctly. I had done the 30 day trial of Photoshop CS5 recently, and when I deleted it, I guess it deleted my Adobe Reader too. Weird. I reinstalled and could view the page. Thanks again. I'll be taking a look at it today after I eat a LOT of food =) And Selgin, ...

Hey Neeters, Thanks for the input. Yes I agree about the point-level/bone combo. Seems the most efficient and flexible to me. I'll check on the link you posted. Yah I noticed the thread was a bit old, but since it was from this year I figured I'd give it a shot haha. I guess it always comes down to ...
