Hi Bee Ruce2, this may be unrelated to your problem and it's just a wild shot in the dark but I've found that OSX has a strange bug in the finder. If you're replacing a previously exported clip and while you're in ASPRO you've left the original clip highlighted in the finder (in column mode with pre...

Depth sorting is unreliable

I've had some problems with depth sorting. It appears to work fine if you give your layers a plus or minus value but when you reset one or several layers to 0 they don't necessarily go back to their original positions. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Great work Vern, hope you can work out the problems you are having. I played with your example arm and it works very well, thanks for putting in the effort.

Particularly some Mac fixes that I also saw mentioned in this thread
Downloaded the "update" couldn't see a fix for the load texture bug or load image sequence bug.

I'd like to see a list of the bug fixes. Anybody had any joy with the update?

Re: Important discover!!!

Have I gone into a strange universe? Am I in bizzaro world? Is this only happening to me? I'm running a ppc mac with OSX 10.4.10 and I'm having the same problem with Papagayo, Command C and V don't work, Shift Command works. However command O,S and Q work fine. Another weird thing is that cut is sp...

My lovely horse

I like your reference to Father Ted ( may he rest in peace). The Eurovision Song Contest Ep was my favourite.

Thanks genete but I want the shape to have no colour except the gradient colour and transparency, and on a separate layer so the layer underneath can be seen thru the transparency.

Gradient

How do you do a gradient that fades from full colour to transparent that can overlay different colours?
Seems very basic but I can't get it to work.

I agree with Rylleman, the OSX version has some very basic bugs that should have been fixed months ago. Two examples are that it can't load an image sequence or import a texture: problems like this should not exist in a mature application. Come on E-frontier get your act together, ASP pro could be a...

Re: Getting snappy timing into poses and animation

Has anyone ever tried something like this with Anime Studio Yes, I've used it with Flash. (and Mac OSX) Roughly draw animation in flash and then export a quicktime movie. Import movie into ASpro and move it and resize it to fit your layout, then use the flash poses as a guide to posing your charact...
