i tried that and got it, i still have a problem, is it possible to bind two bones (arm bones) together at the same time in a switch layer? when i bind one the other one remains fixed and the movement is awkward...what must i do?

I switched it to regional binding on the bone layer still it doesn't work! i've been through the bone tutorial, at least i have an idea of it, still it doesn't work right!

No! i don't get it , but i get my problem now! :( It's the group layer! How do I add parts of a group layer (eg eyes mouth hair) into a bone layer the dragged the whole roup layer into the bone layer and it glowed red and seemingly 'entered' but it's parts eg eyes mouth etc still have that little 'd...

Whenever i add bones to all parts, and i try to manipulate it, eg the lower arm bone the head moves! and when i said add bones i mean you should try it and try to manipulate it and see how it behaves... thanks man you rule
