First, like I said, the part that crashed it I commented out inside the script. Couldn't have put it up for other folks to try otherwise. The rest of it works pretty nice, I think. But if you un-comment the layer scaling section Moho goes belly up right off. I've been trying to give the beta the tes...

Doc- Even though using a bone system for 2D can be a whole lot like magic, it still takes some prep. Now, I can see you're getting that since you set up a bone to control the placement of the elbow point ( an idea I am promptly going to steal  ). Since I don't have version 4.6, which from the ...

Hmmm, hadn't thought of it that way. Makes sense. I think in the way that physical film works because I still have (and occasionally use) all of my old movie cameras and it just feels natural to me at this point. Sorry, I can only add to the silence as far as a Maya cam translator goes. I've barely ...

Okeedokee. Here's the first image. http://www.sharemation.com/sevenfeetdesign/Moho/Default%2060.jpg . This is at default apparent focal length, which is approx 60. http://www.sharemation.com/sevenfeetdesign/Moho/zoom%2020.jpg This is with a zoom setting of 20 (the inverse of what a real lense would ...

2 ways. One is to set you're defaults in the style panel, and then fill the checkbox for Auto Outline if you are drawing using the Freehand tool. The other is to select the Create Shape tool, select the points you want to outline, and when you hit the spacebar you'll assign you're default settings t...

One of the formats I've liked, as an example, is the Midnight Madness film festival setup. Contestants are assigned a style and concept (e.g. film noir, what if you found out you're best friend killed someone) and then have a specified amount of time, in that case 24 hours, to write, shoot and edit ...

No problem. The part that is making it crash (the layer scaling bit) is commented out. I have another question about how the getAudioAmplitude fuction is working. As a number, I am never seeing the amount get much over .03, which strikes me as a bit odd. I was wondering if you are averaging audio sa...

Sorry Myles, I have been so completely into the Beta that I forget that there are, I'm sure, plenty of people still using 4.6. My bad. I haven't even installed 4.6 on my new machine, so I can't refer to it for specific interface questions. I'll have to correct that. I also agree about working throug...

Ramon- From you're previous request, I whipped up a script that allows you to do X, Y, and Z rotations, in different amounts, with an audio file. Don't have time now, but I'll put it up when I get back from work. I was also trying to include layer scaling, but I've obviously got some horrible misund...

Each type of layer has it's own types of keyfames, and if you hit the settings button in the timeline, you can choose which ones to display. If you are tranlating a bone layer, the line that displays keyframes for layer translations and rotations is just below the bone keyframes if you have them set...

Okay, Mr. Lost Marble Guy, I wanna know how you did the first one. Have you added individual faces to the depth sorting or something? I had posted an early experiment with putting 2d features on an imported 3d head shape, but when I saw the nose mask out the mouth on that sample, I was kind of shock...
