Yes you can change the transparency of an image layer just like other layers.
However you can't see the effect until you render. I just discovered this the other day.
Being able to see this while working on it would be nice of course.

Scale key frame option when changing FPS
There is already a scale key frame command. If this could be linked to the FPS in the project settings that would be great. Changing FPS in the project settings would have an option to scale the key frames maintaining the same time. For instance... 600 frames at 24 fps changed to 30 fps would give y...

Thanks Rasheed... Not sure what you are demonstrating... but... that clip is way too short to show the offset of the different FPS. 24 to 30 or 30 to 24 won't show up in that example. If your project is 600 frames... and you render at 24 fps... it is still 600 frames.... 30 fps will go by 125% faste...

The PGO file format is a piece of cake. I was able to open one of my smaller files in a text editor and change all the frame references to match 30fps and reopen it fine in Papagayo. Everything was absolutely perfect... now 30 fps instead of 24. I was wondering... I am pretty good with JavaScript......

24 to 30 fps... uh... is this right?
I made a booboo. I have been working in 24 fps... and I really should have been working in 30 fps. So I changed it. Then all of my lip synch is off because Papagayo was in 24 fps... since moving things in PGO kind of zaps all of your custom adjustments... ... ick... I was looking at fixing 7 solid t...

crazy dan... I would suggest you take off your shoes and look at them from the front. Put them on a table so you can see them from any angle and do some simple sketches. It almost sounds like you want someone to do this for you? Give you exact instructions for what a shoe looks like when we have no ...

If you don't have the key frames selected in your animation timeline, then when you export animation set the start and end frames. This is also where you would set just one frame to render if you want a still as a JPEG. If you export animation as JPG it creates a numbered sequence of JPG files for e...

I know EXACTLY the point of your post. I felt the same way when I discovered Moho. It almost seemed too good to be true. I will confess some of the process could be streamlined with certain features... but heck... I have produced a bazillion times more animation in a fraction of the time with Moho t...

Jeff! I have been using that F5 trick since you posted! That is cool. I must have sucked up all the knowledge from your post and that is why vivified missed it. ;) my only question is what is F5/preview doing that export animation doesn't have? It seems faster... but looks great.... and is less fill...

Oh man... that was good. Great job! Did Mother Teresa really say she wished she was a Beatle? I can't get that... picture... out of my head... I can see Mother Teresa... in my head... on stage... with a guitar... scary... I feel very bad for Pete Best though. He really got shafted. -----------------...
