Re: Walking toward the Camera

I did a recent front on walk cycle and I found that having the knees flex out when crossing the other weight bearing leg helped with the illusion, like this:

Re: My Feature Request to SmithMicro Developers

1> The timeline does only show keys for the selected layer and camera. It does show the selected bones in the red bone channels, all bones are represented in the black bone channels. You have however found the coloured bone function, which is very cool :) 2> You can press f5 to generate a playblast,...

The Copy current keyframe panel also suffers from this problem.

The Rescale Keyframes panel is out of control.....

I have a laptop with 900 pixels vertically, and the Rescale Keyframe panel is way too big now.... http://www.mikegreen.name/MyImages/ASForumImages/Rescale%20Keys%20Panel.jpg Also, it'd be handy to have some group buttons to toggle related groups of channels on and off together now we have so many ch...

Re: F5 does a quick animation

It does, but it's only single threaded so it's actually faster to do it in the full renderer now, just flick off the effects.

Re: Bone morph dials script

Is there a problem with this script and 9.2? Because when I use it to control a head morphing, for example, the head stops following its parent bones.

Feature Request: Dockable Actions window please :)

Now the Actions window can stay open all the time, it'd be really nice if it docked next to the graph editor, so it doesn't get in the way of the rest of the interface.

Default scene doesn't render run animation

Hiya,

When I load the default anime character and apply its RUN action in the timeline, it plays the animation, but rendering a preview with f5 and rendering a final animation just shows the cape and hair flapping in the wind, no action animation. Anyone now what's going on there?

Thanks,
Mike

There is no quicktime for 64 bit, so I imagine this would cause a bit of a problem....

Re: Anime Studio 9 Available Now!

I'm another who'd like a bit more work on Papagayo! I use it separately with Lightwave, with my own importer, and I've been tempted to work on it myself, but lacking the Python expertise to really get under the hood.
