Hey Mikdog, I was just toying around and yes you are right. I was scratching my head for a bit wondering I did it before. Than I remembered how I did it. The only thing you need to change is the grid. E.g. let's say you want a "single pixel" to be 20px, set the grid for 20px, 4 subdivision...

Great animation so many details.

Even though it's not animation, thanks for sharing that other link - that hyper slow mo stuff is amazing! I was drooling the whole time, I want a video camera like that!

Hey Mikdog, I didn't explain from the start sorry, I used Photoshop and painted each frame, exported and composited it later. With the setup, I made a 30 pixel square brush, than set the grid to be 30 pixels i.e. each grid square is 30x30. Than set "snap to grid" and painted away. I didn't...

@Mikdog Yeah mate, we had a grid setup so it'd be like using a 1 pixel brush on a standard grid. Worked nicely, fortunately he had a larger screen to work on. @Slowtiger Hah, yeah, I'm probably a sucker for punishment  . At the time we experimented and personally weren't satisfied, that's the ...

Hey Mikdog, Love the new signature man, thumbs up! Well dude, I must say I feel your pain. I was working with a friend on some video for a game he was making once upon a time and we went through the same dramas. For qualities sake we resigned ourselves to the fact we would have to redo the artwork. ...

Use the camera and/or layer movement, and set your keyed frames to "step" interpolation". That will work. Breaking up bits into scenes doesn't hurt for post production provided you have a video editor like Premiere or similar.

Well I when I say "snappier" with action or pacing, it's about not having unnecessary stalls or pauses, moving the animation along, keeping it interesting by maintaining some pace. With Neeters "tight" comment, I think he's referring to the fact that some shapes are too perfect? ...

Mwa ha ha! That was twisted and funny. Like Paul says, speed up the pacing a little.

Other than that - awesome 8)
