It isn't really the lipsyncing i'm having problems with. It's wether to do the animation first and then add speech or the other way around.

Sounds like you need to export the finished animation by going to File > Export Animation. Then it will let you choose a file you want.

I don't know if this is what you need but... First of all you need to switch your bone settings to 'region binding'. You can do this by double clicking on the skeleton layer of your character in the layer box. Then go to the tab called bones and switch it to 'region binding'. Secondly, if you are ge...

For your soundtrack problems try doing your animation first and then export it (e.g to .avi) and use a program like windows moviemaker to import the files and record and add different sounds and add soundtracks.
