Re: muted channels, if you're using 12.5, there is a Render Muted Channels option in the Render Settings window which forces the renderer ignore Mute settings. I have this enabled as my default.

Re: Grabbing Bezier Handles
In general, I avoid using Bezier mode for points. IMO, Bezier points are not especially useful for animation because they don't interpolate predictably when deformed by bones. Tip: I hide the handles using the Show Handles buttun so I don't accidentally create an unwanted Beizer point. FYI, there is...

Re: Moho Scripts List
Hi, I don't have time to go into detail but here's a few tips: install your scripts in the Custom Content Folder. You can access that from the file Menu. If you haven't set it yet, you should do it when prompted. Once you have this folder open, you can install scripts in the Script folder. Note that...

Re: Flip View?
You could drop everything inside a group and use the flip layer button. The buttons are only visible when the Transform Layer tool is active, but if you need the flip layer buttons to be visible all the time, you could create a button panel using autohotkey. (That's how I built the MQC panel I use.)...

Re: No Pinbones?
Something to try: Create a regular bone and then set the length to 0. This should change it into a Pin Bone (a pin bone is essentially a bone with no length.) Does that work or does the bone disappear? Another thing to try: What happens when you disable your Custom Content Folder? Just wondering if ...

Re: No Pinbones?
That sounds odd. AFAIK, they should just be available with Add Bones in 12.5, no need to 'turn them on'. Just to confirm, you're only clicking (with no dragging,) to create them right? Do regular bones appear when you click and drag? Also, you're on frame 0, correct? I know these are basic questions...

Re: Update action from reference
I should clarify the above: You can edit the action for the reference, but to do this you first need to select and open the original while the Action is selected. Then , you can select the reference layer and edit the vectors in that. If you try to edit the reference layer directly under the Action,...

Re: Update action from reference
I always found that annoying too but, no, you need to open the original first.
The 'workaround' is to break the reference layer, which I sometimes do if I find myself revision it often.
Optionally, I guess you could use Layer Shortcuts to create a selector for the original layer.

Re: Anyone interested in a Discord?
Huh, I think you're right. I hop in here routinely to check on new posts so I don't think I noticed this until you mentioned it. I just looked through my email and it looks like the last email I received from Lost Marble was back in February. Edit: Checked my forum email notification settings and th...

Re: Bone flip deforms artwork
Bezier curves aren't actually buggy, they're behaving exactly as expected. They're great work drawing shapes with fewer points and greater accuracy but they're somewhat unpredictable for interpolation and deformation. Back when Mike Clifton implemented Bezier handles in Moho, he posted a video that ...

Re: Dropbox, Here's how to do it: 1. In the online DropBox page for the image, select the image and create a link for it. Copy the link. 2. In the forum's post editing window, click the picture link icon button and replace the text 'Image URL' with the DropBox link. 3. Here's the important part: Cha...

Re: Moho's future
I'd also like to see a native equivalent of MQC, the on-screen button panel I made for Moho. Other paint/animation programs have user-customizable panels where you can add clickable buttons for almost any available command, script, or tools. (Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Toon Boom, and Painter come...

Re: Moho's future
I think there are still alot of things that could get Moho better. Think of a reliable vector drawing engine. Constructing characters in Moho is okay, importing bitmap characters is okay. But native drawing in Moho would be great (and I don't mean this weird drawing stuff in M13). This would be gro...
