Wonderful work, and a stunning achievement for just 4 weeks. Silhouette animation is a German speciality it seems; it reminds me of the work of Lotte Reiniger. She would also have loved to use ASP!

Really great films, and with superb timing. They are enjoyable to watch even not understanding any of the language.

Oh dear, I didn't check the date of the the original post either. Even if it were there, the help file would be rather out of date by now.Danimal wrote:Considering that the ebook is nearly 9 years old, it's very likely that whatever pages it's pointing to no longer exist.

My first thought on watching this was "genius!", but so many people have now made the same comment that I don't feel I can say it any more - but it's genius!

Re: Spherical projection: grid for creating panoramic images
This is amazing. I had no idea AS could do spherical projection. I can't wait to use it for something. It's like 3D without modelling! Thank you for the grid.

Re: Interfilm 2013 Festival Trailer
Marvellous! A real tour de force. I love how you achieved 3D turnarounds of the two human figures simply by carefully sourcing photos with the right angle of view for each frame - it must have taken ages just to collect all the material. I can sympathise with the rendering problems, I had a similar ...

It's great! I find the whole graphic world you have created there both intriguing and appealing. A really exciting film to look at.

Re: more video formats for export under 64-bit mode?

Re: Neko and the Gecko "Trailer" my next project
Well done, it looks really great. I think the visual style is satisfyingly rich and attractive. I would tweak the character movements to have more variety in speed - they all move in a very floaty and dream-like way, which is basically the default smooth interpolation between keys in AS.
