An inexpensive but still very powerfull 3D app is Animation Master, it had many glitches in the past, like permanent crashing mode! but it got tons better, got real stable and is easy on the eye!

Made a set of phoenemes for my avatar and used the vista sound clip that came with AS.

I ve set it up manually, didnt use Papayago which I find to be inacurate!
