For those of you who complain that animation takes too long; that was 3-4 years he worked on that thing.
I noticed that the animation style (but not the drawing style, obviously) was very anime-influenced. I mean the high-end, expensive anime, not the other stuff.

It's always dangerous to assume that all four-legged animals are built along the same lines. Not too long ago I did what I thought was a nice horse gallop, then I looked up some reference material and realized that horses gallop with the hind legs hitting the ground first, followed by the front hoov...

I don't want to be a nitpicker, but I have to point out that the ears are too high up on the head. In general, the bottom of the ear is at about the same latitude as the bottom of the nose and the top is at the same latitude as the top of the eyes (I just checked this in the mirror to make sure). If...

Excellent! I think the only problem with the arms is that they are moving around randomly for no reason. Also, they never pause. I would suggest animating a short scene in which she has something to do besides talk. Something with action and emotion suited to animation. Then you should really be abl...

Some animations I just put up on my updated web site.
Some of these files are pretty large (~10 MB), so keep that in mind. Not sure why the Quicktime movies only start playing after they are completely loaded. If anyone can tell me how to get around that, I would appreciate it. The first animation is something I already posted on this board once. http:...

Well, the box cover art is stupid for two reasons: first, making that kind of complex art with Moho would be pretty much impossible for all practical purposes; second, no sane person would try to animate artwork that complex in any program, or with traditional tools. Basically, this is like taking a...

I didn't think to ask. I wasn't particularly interested because 1) you can still download Moho 5.4 and 2) the only difference is that Anime Studio is going to come packaged with content. The price, it looks like, will be $200, which I think is quite fair. If I'm wrong and it's $300 for the Pro versi...
