The movements look word. Did you use bones or just move the vector points. Even though the movements look awkward, it looks like a style. I like it personally.

I have a series of key frames that form a walk cycle. When I play it through, it doesn't play as fast as I want it to. It seems like slow motion. Can I select a group of keyframes and shorten them in one go or do I have to move them one by one? I don't want to mess up the space ratio between keyfram...

I want to have an effect where a light shines behind a character making the character go from sharp to and initial glow around the edges to full silhouette and back.
