With Windows you can select a group of images and drag them on to the stage. I don't know if that will work with your MAC.

Thanks funksmaname , I'm glad you like the character. Your right about swinging the arms at the elbow joint, I overlooked that. Also that is a nice comment about easing in and out speeds. Is that something I would do in the graph mode in the time line, with bone gravity , or just with key framing ? ...

Thanks for the comments Parker , because it's true when I walk I do not swing my arms so much. Actually I learned this walk cycle from The Animator's Survival Kit and in that the character is swinging his arms more. I am glad that the walk is smooth looking.
