Give that man the respect he deserves! I'm really excited about what's all in for us in the pro version if just the debut version sounds that great already. Thank you, Mike, for an already great piece of software (fast and reliable), and now even better, and even tailor-made to our needs. It's unbe...

Really will that date mean available for download too? Or do you know that much? Thanks.

Wow, this is exciting! I will have to wait for a download version though. If my wife learns I am buying this expensive upgrade she will kill me! Well, at least I would get into big trouble. I hope that SM hurries up with the download version. Thanks to everyone that made suggestions how to improve t...

I've used Corel Panter. It has a large variety of paint brushes in different media. It also has a palette where you can mix your colors on.

That's great, Angry Monster. When she run's on the water it reminds me of Punyo by the Cliff.

Ok, thanks for the information. One question though, is TV Paint standard sufficient for animation and composting? The company only has a demo of the pro version and that is pretty expensive for me.

Since originally this topic started out talking about compositing software I want to ask a question I have had for a while. Can TV Paint be used for compositing? I believe it has a connection to Aura which I think was used for compositing. If I could use TV Paint for animation and compositing that c...

Oh, and where to get these: gutenberg.org carries lots of old issues of "Scientific American" and the like. Use google image search. Thanks for this information and great animation. Thanks to all of the pros here giving out free animation knowledge and resources. Pretty generous I would say. udd.

Fantastic! The color really helps and I love the animation. I'll have to look up some books with woodcut art to use in some animations when I visit the states. Did you do the "presto chango" with switch layers? Do you feel the colors helped reduce the moire effect(I didn't notice it so much myself a...

I thought I would try out something with a natural sketch look too. Using brush effects for the lines does cause that animated flickering though. The animation is too simple, looks like I'm just moving images. Trying to learn. udd. Here it is. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a1ZP8IQB6Uc Also can't se...
