Re: Roll away from camera?

A bit tricky, but can be done like this: 1. Animate the rolling part, like a wheel, in place and loop it. That's a simple rotation (don't forget to set interpolation to linear). 2. Put this animation into a group layer. 3. Use the 3D tools to turn this layer with your wheel inside into the right dir...

Re: Script: I want to connect child bone to tip of parent bone (not tail)

It doesn't matter wether you (manually) place your child bone at the top or bottom end of the parent bone - it just looks like that. The only position data Moho stores is the distance and angle to the parent bone's origin.

Re: Layers and Cycles

Your cycle lengths need to be adjusted. Right now you have cycles of length 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. (Don't mind the actual frames, result will be the same.) Take the longest and multiply, then try to divide with each of the others. 14 - no 3, 5, 6. 21 - no 2, 4, 5, 6. 28 - no 3, 5, 6 - and so on. Much ...

Re: Add styles to the Library.

Styles only appear in the Styles panel if there is a shape with this style applied (or has been, in the current project). So you need to store a project in the library which contains some objects with your styles applied, and import this into new projects.

Re: Toilet Flush?

A very nice and simple trick: put a bank note layer into a group layer, and set that group layer origin point about half a bank note's length outside of it. Now rotate the bank note layer just a bit and slowly. Rotate the group layer fast, and scale it down over time. You have a bank note twirling a...

Re: Animate terrain breaking into pieces

Well, you have to create all the pieces, then assemble them, then animate them breaking apart. That's it. There's no button for it.

Re: Using Moho & Crazy Talk together, separate layers = ugly gaps

1. If you work with cutouts/bitmaps, always make sure that they overlap a bit.
2. Always leave a transparent gap at the file borders.
3. Straight line need to have a blurred appearance.
If you follow these points, there should be no visible lines in your renders.

Re: Using Moho & Crazy Talk together, separate layers = ugly gaps

By any chance: is there one half of the face in an image file so it's cut off in the middle by the file border? In that case it's a known glitch. In a bitmap file, always leave some 1 or 2 px of transparency at the borders, and take care to not have any straight borders - always make them a bit fuzz...

Freehand tool? Usually I get some loops at the beginning or close of a curve. Not a big deal to correct manually. I think the important part is to find the troublemakers. Then highlight them, and let the user decide how to correct. As I wrote in that other post, some search for too-close points coul...
