Yes, the Animation was done in ASP. I just uploaded to youtube, I hope that the playback is better. The iris,the pupil and the highlight are all created and composited as one .png in photoshop. I tried reproducing this effect in ASP, but to no avail. If you want all the gory details I will be glad to put them up here on the forum.

Thnks y'all, A 'pro' look is what I'm after. I used DK's 4-Bone head turn setup and a lot of point animation to get that far.
