Re: Advanced cut-out character animation course anyone?
The videos I have posted are actual cut-out with point animation, all vector, and all done in Toon Boom! Traditional cut-out used to be called limited animation, think of the old Flintstones cartoons, in the digital era the term cut-out got broaden to include other techniques, like point animation, ...

Chad covered PSD rigging and animation I think, I haven't seen the course, but I doubt it is the same thing that I have in mind!ruscular3d wrote:Chad covered it in his tutorial in Udemy, but I think he skimp out in exploring smart warp. You might look to see where you can expand on it!

Which I also started learning at work few weeks ago. I must be a glutton for punishment. :) My supervisor requested that the Moho devs add Python support when they visited last summer. As you said, Python is pretty much what every other program supports. It didn't sound like there were any immediat...

Re: Advanced cut-out character animation course anyone?
Absolutely, and one of the things that I find is missing for Moho, are advanced tutorials, plenty of beginner's tutorials, but there is a lack of advanced tutorials IMHO!jahnocli wrote:There's always stuff to learn.

Advanced cut-out character animation course anyone?
Hello everyone! In the past I talked about making an advanced cut-out character animation course, the reference here is something in the range of Tangled the series, now that I am getting back to 2D animation, for good I hope, I am putting time aside for such a project! I would like to know if this ...

Re: I am back!
Actually, over the years I've worked with quite a few animators who could script. (My wife for example.) But, you're right, not so much specifically for Lua and Moho. Maybe it's because there isn't a lot of good, structured learning material for it? Well, that's my 'excuse' anyway. :) When I came t...

Re: I am back!
I made two Lua tutorials, they were pretty much the first at the time, in-depth too, no idea how they hold-up to the new API though, maybe they need an update! :) http://gcharb2d.blogspot.com/search/label/Scripting I'm still mostly a beginner so your lessons were/are perfect for me. For now, I'm ju...

Advanced character animation tutorial set
Hello everyone! I am thinking about producing a video tutorial set teaching advanced character animation, in the line of quality you can see in the Tangled series, price would be around $70 but I would probably presale for around $30. X0P9ni0hTI4 Another way to release video tutorials I thought migh...
