Anyway, I just draw my character's parts in Illustrator and bring em into AS. No smoke and mirrors - straight forward. Drawing in Illustrator isn't a panacea - just my preference. Out of curiosity, Let's assume I have a 24 min animated series and I want to hire 12 animators each would be responsible for about 2 min of animation each.
What is an appropriate pay schedule, i.e. how much $$$/min (or sec or frame) is appropriate?
