Thankz in advance

The tool is way cool already especially the selected box. But the perspective simulator would be gret. I'm a little big for an elf but I do most everything graphic and sonic in nature if you have a request for an item ask. (currently converting guitar to midi and running it through a soft synth) Tha...

Mega tool idea for new version

Could megamagnet be modified to move saved selections according to there stacking layer with varying force. This would allow perspective movement on a single layer. i.e: selections 1 2 3 4 Magnet influence: 1 1 2 or 2 3 3 4 4 based on stacking order. Pretty please, I'll be your art slave. I do music...

AE user

Ideally if Moho could export PSD files with layers and masks that would solve your problem. (the Moho team is far more responsive to enhancement requests than any other company Ive dealt with, don't underestimate this software.) For now a multipass using Quick time with the animation compressor at m...

Point reordering tool or script

Could be as simple as point reordering to match another line automatically (LUA) w/ point increase/decrease. Translation tool gives a changeable point order input. Point and line snap to choosen layer line w/ option for point removal with curve snap. 1. use in switch files with interpolate in Data t...

Blue/Green screen

Two programs I know of will add alpha (transperancy to a movie) After Effects Blender 3.6's video editor/ w/chromakey or greenscreen etc. plugin. All need to render in Quicktime , in Animation compressor, millions+ colors. Millions color is 24bits, milions+ is 32bits or 24+8 for a 256 level alpha. M...

Extra Lines visability

Make copies of the complete finished animation. Add extra lines in the Vector tab on the 2nd or more copies (nolines, one extra, 3 extra). Drop ALL into a switch layer, right click layer to set a switch keyframe (drop down list). This will only work on the entire layer, but it will work with copied ...

Yep

Did that with 5 to 6 too. At least you don't have to buy a new mac to use it.
(sorry couldn't resist).

I agree

Neebop Adobe did the same thing with Metacreations Canoma, they also owned Expression for a short time and like most bloated super hip dot.com's twiddled there little beards in question as to what to do with it. Expression came to quickly, processors and cheap ram made it another exceptional product...

Expression 3.3 free Mac and Win

If you go to the URL http://www.creaturehouse.com it will direct you to Microsoft which has purchased it. The software is free with a netpass and the net pass is free. I have been using this fore vector illustration, in preferences you can choose Path tolerences to simplify paths (less points). Now ...

Turning heads

I have used a simple head design and in a switch layer modified copies (must have exact point placement so work on a copy) in the switch layer dialog last tab, look for interpolate. This will blend modified frames from one to another and be affected by keyframe placement (timing). PS: right clicking...

About the Carara sizing problems, you may have tiling that isn't transfered to the Obj creation. Has anyone had any luck with UVmapper.com's Uvmapper. It doesn't want to pull in the Mtl library, this freeware mac/win app is the best way to acheive really accurate mapping.

Yes a Linux version

My experience with Moho on linux is that it is about 3 times faster in renders. I rendered under Linux and composed in Win 2K, The linux version should have a Comand line renderer this is what stops Moho from entering the pro world. It would also enable network and shared rendering based on the linu...

On the subject of Switch layers

I have found the switch layers used without scrips to be a way to create a rotating head object as a module that can be inserted. In the properties of the switch layer the last tab (switch) has an "interpolate sub-layers" check box. A drawing modified if it is a copy willl morph the vector...

Nendo (simular modeling software) had a recorder that recorded the modeling process you might suggest Wings3d add a simular recorder for tutorials. Wings itself has a great deal more power than Nendo had, like subdivision of selected area, mirroring halves with welding and no polygon cap. For modeli...
