I just upgraded to ASpro 7.1 (from 7) and suddenly the very cool fill-stroke option in your tool is no longer available. It worked perfectly in version 7. What's up with that???

I'm back with another question about the red freehand preview: while I find it essential to see what kind of line I'm drawing as I'm drawing it (including the line width), the preview is not really accurate - the red preview line is WAY thicker than the actual line that's drawn. So, as a preview of ...

Question about AS6 freehand tool

Ok, so I just realized that I may have to go back to AS6 for my freehand drawing, because AS7 stripped out the fine-tuning options from the freehand tool (pixel/angle tolerance). But - I just noticed a strange difference in AS6. When using the freehand tool, the red 'preview' stroke that usually dis...

is the cycle glitch fixed in AS7?

One of the most frustrating bugs in AS6 was this cycle glitch: if you created a cycle, the very last frame of the cycle would not display correctly - let's say you have a 10-frame cycle, the last frame of the loop should be frame 10, but instead it was always frame 1. This was a serious problem for ...

Layer Order Bug

If you've animated your layer ordering, and then go back to frame 0 and change the layer order there - all your ordering along the timeline is suddenly totally out of order!

Never mind, I should really check things out more thoroughly before posting dumb questions here. I found the keyframes I was looking for once I selected the group layer. So I guess those keys belong to the group. Should have guessed, based on the fact that your layers need to be inside a group for a...

Question:

I've seen how animated layer order can be made to work - but why doesn't it show up in the timeline? Is there some way to see the changes in layer order as an animation channel?

If not, I could see it becoming quite difficult to keep track of in a complex animation.
