I have had a similar experience with using Moho to create a gif. I don't know of any work around other than third party software but maybe I am wrong.

It doesn't seem to be a bug. The only thing similar I have experienced is when I accidentally had applied a double style to the same shape/line or accidentally had the same group line duplicated. I solve this by trying to delete the fill and trying to delete the object to see if I have two. If this ...

The shortcuts to the shape order are helpful. I was copying and pasting, deleting, and reordering everything XD!

After playing around with it a bit I found a solution. I put all the new brushes without the folders in the brushes folder but it wouldn't show even after a reboot.
