I know this isn't exactly the same thing as having a separate anchor point but What I usually do is place a layer inside a group layer and re-position the origin for the group. This way I can animate from different transform origins for the same item. Using Timeline visibility, I can show key frame...

Any Chance For an Anchor Point Tool SCRIPT????

Please I like to make a request if any of the GURUS can make an anchor point tool...something similar to what can be found in Adobe Illustrator??....I believe it would make life easier for all : one would be able to control in between two anchor points without having to match individual anchor point...

Okay, this is a repeatable bug, and I'll report it to the devs. I've narrowed down what causes it and there's not really a workaround other than not using beziers.
