Cool entry, fun story and characters. Like the way you used all the tools together to produce the finished product; generates many new ideas.

'3D' Cube or Skybox

Last idea for the day -sorry for the gush, Moho has me fired up. :) I'm doing the 3D tutorial and was trying to redo my fish animation in a similar '3D' fashion. I found myself thinking it would be cool to either drag a '3D' cube shape so that I can more easily position 4 'walls' and the sky and gro...

Tiny bug - frame number

Really minor but I was playing with tutorial 5.6 and opened a new project when the frame was set to a number other than zero and the new project I opened shows the last frame number even though the timeline is actually at zero. http://stormvisions.com/moho/bug1.jpg EDIT: One more tiny bug. As I was ...

...try flipping them with a little motion blur and some fast wriggling, and it will look like you animated them turning around. I tried to flip them around but have to experiment some more; when I did it it looked ugly. I didn't think of the motion blur thing, was going to draw an intermediate fram...

Ok, think it is fixed. I want to keep tweaking it as I see several areas of improvement and mistakes but feel good I at least have an entry after my first week using the product. All suggestions welcome.

Moho Animation Contest Entry: 5 (Fish Fry)

Well here is my first animation and my first contest entry -all three seconds of it. :) I decided to reuse the fish I was experimenting with -I started a more complex one using switches to create an 'eat' , 'turn' etc animations to create more complex and reusable character but decided that I might ...

Minor: Show layer thumbnail on hover

Not critical but PSP will show a small floating thumbnail of a layer when you hover over the layer icon; in Moho this would mean if I hed my mouse over the eyeball icons for the layers I would see a thumb of the layer. I was doing a scene with a plant with many different leaf -leaf1, leaf2, etc and ...

[noob]Bone harness to animate group

This is probably not a big deal for you experienced users but it was fun for me to figure out. I was playing with animating a small school of fish and boned the fish then created a seperate bone 'harness' and put all the fish in this. By adjusting the dynamics for the fish bones and for the 'harness...

@nobudget -they can indeed. Finally got a better grasp of bones last night and am really happy. @sherlock - is there a sample already out there I should see to do that shading or would you consider setting up a simple circle with that shading and post the file so I can check it out? I'm heavily visu...
