Re: Happy 2020!
Is this not a forum about the brilliance of animators around the world and not about the political views of said animators around the world? for pete's sake if you want to vent your politics doesn't CNN have a forum for you can piss and moan about YOUR politics on?

squashing a cheeseburger? is there a way?
I'm working on animating a cheeseburger( front view), go figure something I never thought I would write but here I am. I have one bone that runs vertically through the bacon and special sauce and cheese, buns and all that then a pile of fries for a body, arms and legs. The bone that runs through the...

Amber waves of grain?
I'm trying to come up with a way to draw a field of wheat blowing in the wind, does anyone have any ideas? I've tried the grass particle with longer brown vector layers and the color is right but that particle setup (source width) puts everything in a straight line. I'm looking for something more or...

Re: how do I constrain a soft edge fill?
Ok that will solve my issue with solid fills, I'm encountering a problem when using transparent fills. When you stack layers with transparent fills the color darkens with each successive layer, any thoughts? I'm trying to put a shadow under a vehicle ( e.g. soft edge where it hits the ground and sol...

how do I constrain a soft edge fill?
Nothin' major today folks, I was just wondering if there is a way to constrain say a soft edge fill to a portion of a fill area? For instance fill one half of a circle with a soft edge fill and the other half a solid fill all the way to the other edge. I tried splitting it but by dividing it in half...

scale bone tool in moho12?
I recently viewed a tutorial on youtube which used a "scale bone tool" does this tool no longer exist in V.12? It was being used in a front walk cycle to shorten and lengthen leg bones for a front walk cycle. What caught my attention was when the bones were lengthened or shortened the vect...

Re: higher resolution when rendering
in response to my post from jan. 2017 I understand the dpi multiplication to increase the dpi for print, does this apply also for rendering to image files? I've found when I render and save as a png, and then use it in my next scene a an image, the resolution is not the same. does the same method ap...
