A few observations about Moho's GUI

Couple things right off of the bat that strike me as curious about Moho after playing with it a bit. 1) Why the lack of a line tool? I mean I used the add points tool to create a line, but it forces me to have a curve at every joining point. Isn't there a simple line tool that allows you to click an...

I'm SO totally not into that style,..but one would have to be crazy not to like that. Beautiful work!! I REALLY enjoyed the song and the gentleness of the imagery! Very Nice!

Hey Mike,..

It's Dolce' here! Glad to see you in a forum. Congrats on the new job! Keep the TigerWoods games coming as my 5 year old son loves them on his Gameboy! If you ever get a break from Headgate,...we look forward to seeing TweenMaker hit the streets!

Yeah,..I shouldn't say that Moho's drawing tools are bad,..just not what I'm used to more or less. I do love that magnet tool though. So are you bringing the Painter files in as bitmaps and then tracing them? Here is what gets me...I can see where you can add bones to a character,...BUT if I'm addin...

To be perfectly honest,..I would much rather design my characters in a program like XaraX or Expression or freehand on paper and then import them into Moho rather than use Moho's unfriendly pen tool. It (the line)just doesn't flow smooth enough for me. The reaction to my stylus in Moho is just not t...

Ooops,..missed that. Yes,..I actually went into it for an afternoon and checked it out while class was in session. I seriously considered attending some classes way back, but decided I could pretty much teach myself. It's a cool little place though. They were so high on AXA at the time. I just wasn'...

The Tab does have it yes. I was recently in a debate with a Flash user who swore that the rotating disc feature was as useless as hen poop on a pump handle. I disagreed and told him that perhaps I wasn't as talented as he was because I found that it was badly needed by me for any curves that I was c...

Actually lived in Fairport for many years and then Brighton for a stint....OH well,...I'll be there in a few days again to visit family. There is an animation stud...

I understand that that can be frustrating, but a forum is designed to be able to handle these type of repetitive questions. Sometimes one may know what they are having troubkle with but cannot find the correct term or terminology that is used by the application so as to find it quickly in the help f...

Dave, Hey there! You're the guy who led me onto Xara X. I owe you big for that as that is my favorite app besides Expression. Can you answer me honestly on this Moho app? How do you find the program? I mean do you see it being able to handle some serious animation with characters more complex than o...

Save character models as an independent file

Hey guys,..I had a question,..I have played around with the bones a bit more now and I think I'm beginning to understand it. The tutorials were great in that effort. What I wondered about and did not see in the manual was anything that mentioned the ability to save a character (bones and all) as a s...

Sorry LM,...I guess I need some catching up.

Yeah that price thing is a bit of an obstacle for me too. Perhaps a 95% discount might allow me to seriously look at it.
