Can you explain it further. I wish that guy spoke English, he's so clever. @Greenlaw's explanation is right ,just 3 bones do the work . And file2 is similer to file1, file2 just show how the guy cover his technique (by use a new unparented bone to control the goal bone,and other bones are hidden.) ...
