Puffin Rock
Just read this article called "Why Kids’ Shows Like ‘Cocomelon’ Hamper Critical Brain Development" https://www.forbes.com/sites/traversmark/2024/05/17//?utm_source=pocket-newtab-en-us&sh=75e02c6e536b Later in the article it mentioned some that were worth a watch "many alternative ...

Re: Create shape picking colors
Thinking about that...Is there a reason to name shapes (for the user). I can see and used the naming of groups, that can come in handy. I can't see any reason unless it's an internal thing for the software but again why let us change the name. I did read the other post I actually commented on it as ...

Re: Layer effects in Action
I tried a quick an easy one; it worked in the actions panel but not in the main timeline. I just changed the shading to a different color nothing else.

Re: Rig/Actions Question
We've all made this mistake if your not on the bone layer when you create your smart bone Action it wont work correctly or at all. The timeline will also turn blue when you've done it correctly. It will also give you the name of the bone your working on. If it just says 'action' your not.

Create shape picking colors
I don't think this is a bug but it was driving me crazy. If I create a green square switch to a different color and create another square with a different color all is fine (I can select a new color before I create it). If I have to use the Create shape and give it a color (before I click create sha...

Or maybe just add Actions to the leg bone move the points on the skirt to move when the leg moves.

Re: Copy bones to another arm
Thanks guy's I did the copy and paste before I posted but everything got wonky. Luckily I didn't have too many actions going on just smart bone fixes. Just wondering what the process & steps to take was.

Copy bones to another arm
Never had to do this before but I've been updating a character and had to create a new arm and added bones to it. It's moving well and I want to just copy the left arm to the right arm with the bones. What's the process to do this?

Re: Project organisation
If I'm using references I almost always create it in another file. Moho let's you do this very easily. I had a fairly hefty project going and I wanted a separate animation displaying on a TV so, I created that in a separate file and imported it in to my project. I've done this quite a few times usua...

Re: How to change to a specific frame of an Image Sequence??
There is probably a simpler way but you could make your image sequence a switch layer and just move to the next image to create your other layers. Maybe import your image sequence individually so they come in as separate images.

I'm using 14.1 on a pc and I'm not seeing your error. The switch layer comes in with the green arrows (still synced)

Re: Styles are driving me nuts!
The Style 1 can be used for a type of line you want and create a new style for a fill ie, Gradient. Just on the fill style uncheck the outline boxes. When you select your shape style 1 can be your outline and select your fill style for style 2. Also when creating the outline also uncheck the fill se...

Re: Create cycles without the keyframing box popping up?
I just have the Keyframe details window docked to the timeline, but I have a pretty large monitor so I still have plenty of room. There is a button for that in the timeline window when your going to use it just click it on and when done click it off (not sure if there is a command for it though)

Re: tiled image vectors do not like image layers in 3d mode.
I just open the view to see roughly where everything is and then go back to the main view (reset view) and adjust it there. With the Layer selected: alt + shift - Left click drag up to move it back or down to move it forward. You can see the numbers change in the z axis text box at the top. Then you...

Re: How to stop gradients from being moved by the bone
Hard to tell but it looks like you didn't bind the arm itself. There are lots of tutorials on rigging a character. Start with basics try flat colors first get everything moving the way you want then add the gradients. Either the way I explained or the video I posted. All these things get easier with...
