Voice Acting Demos

So, it came to my attention that my voice acting could use some more work. I practiced a bit and researched some famous voice actors to give me ideas on how to improve. Here are my results. Just two for now, so if you have the time, please hear them over and tell me if you like them. Thank you Yasuo...

StudioUsagi intro animation

My friend and I decided to open up the studio early because of the upcoming holidays, and he thought since we'll both be free on vacation with plenty of time on our hands, we should be able to to at least animate a few sub movies for our studio. Thank you guys for the critiques so far. The construct...

MORALLY CHALLENGED TEASER

Hello, everyone, my name Light, and I posted a work of mine in this forum before titled "Instances of Silent Morality-Critiques critically needed" where I asked for critiques so that I may improve. Here I am again to see if I improved (even a little bit). Specials thanks to the user "...

Hey, lwaxana,, thank you for replying, and, yes I use audacity to record. Do you have any recommendations on how to use it in regards to a clear loud audio output? Thanks

I need advice for Voice Acting

I don't usually voice act in my own cartoons, but i recently considered the idea when I saw how much it can be. I recorded three segments of me saying a few dramatic lines. Please listen to all three they're short and shouldn't take up much of your time. Leaves comments on how I can improve the audi...

Re: Instances of Silent Morality-Critiques critically needed

You should NEVER add scenes to only take up time in animation. The viewer senses that you are trying to waste their time if the scene does nothing to either move the story forward or visually impress (neither of which was done here). [/quote] Yes, that was poor planning and execution. When I did th...

Re: Instances of Silent Morality-Critiques critically needed

The concept is cool and I think you are establishing the right mood for your story. So once you address some of the technical issues, you'll be on your way! Thank you for your critique, Wax. I should have all technical issues fixed in the next project and I will certain take the animation clues in ...

Re: Instances of Silent Morality-Critiques critically needed

The commentary is poorly mixed and the dialogue is robotic. The car animation is too clumsy to be convincing, especially when shown inside a live action environment containing real cars. There is no chance of empathising with the characters, as they are faceless and charmless. There is no discernib...

Re: Instances of Silent Morality-Critiques critically needed

neMyFYDFYv8 If you hover over the youtube tab it will show you that you only need the video code that comes after the = sign to paste in between the youtube brackets Interesting blend attempt, keep working at it. I stopped watching after a bit, but the live car sequence with the animated windshield...

Instances of Silent Morality-Critiques critically needed.

Before I can I can Hayao Miyzaki's "Spirited Away" justice, I need to prepare myself. I need to do a series of small projects to hone my skills in animation and in art in general (unless someone is nice and talented enough to help me out for free, but I'm the only one with that mentality)....
