Re: Black Magic Fusion free version available

For anyone looking for more in depth tutorials aside from the ones on BM site, just search "Eyeon Fusion Tutorials" and you will find many. And this link is to some great Fusion info via VFXpedia stuff http://web.archive.org/web/20110701223726/http://vfxpedia.com/index.php?title=Main_Page ...

Re: Black Magic Fusion free version available

After we finish our current production, I'll see if I can manage time to create some ASP-Fusion walkthrough videos. G. That would be cool! I'm very new to serious compositing. To be honest, after watching what some pros did with it in Hollywood, I'm a little intimidated and tend to over complicate ...

Re: Black Magic Fusion free version available

This is almost surreal to have such a high end compositor for free. I downloaded it a couple days ago. I do plan on comping some 2d mixed with 3D animation in the near future and this tool is an early christmas gift.

Re: DKWROOT scripts (FBF + BONE GROUPS + MORE!)

I need some help to install this. I am a new user to ASP as well as windows 7 pro 64bit. (just upgraded from XP 2 months ago) In the instructions we are instructed to put the scripts file in the custom scripts tool folder (and also it is mentioned a custom files folder \Anime Studio Pro\Shared Resou...

Re: Frame by Frame animation?

But if you're determined to do FBF you will have to have to learn the fundamentals of animation first and that is a completely separate discipline from learning animation software. There are some very good books out there. Yeah, your right. As mentioned earlier, I bought the Animator's Survival Kit...

Re: Looking for a Good Anatomy Book

Thanks for your suggestions. I actually found a good link over at WetCanvas with a link to some Andrew Loomis titles. (as you mentioned neeters_guy and Furpuss) http://www.artofuldis.com/index.php?tab=9&tab2=17&tab3=0&tab4=0&a=1 Been so busy studying I forgot to update here. Very goo...

Definitely possible.
That is an excellent example of what I'm aiming for! Though much more time is required, the result is so worth it.

Re: Frame by Frame animation?

-synthsin, I have no doubt I can practice the principles in ASP. The thing I really want to do in my short term goals is practice drawing freehand with onion skin and make manual frame by frame animations just to have some fun and sharpen my drawing skills. Not looking for any shortcuts. Just want t...

Looking for a Good Anatomy Book

Hi, I am in the market for some good reading material on anatomy. There are many books and material on this subject. I was just wondering what users in this community would suggest as some good references that really help with animation, going beyond still poses. Learning some movement mechanics in ...

Re: Frame by Frame animation?

Will DKWRoot scripts work in version 9.5 Pro and is fbf easily done in it? If not, the remainder of this post is how I feel right now.... I designed the script to work with v10 Pro, but I could look into removing some features from it to make it compatible with v9.5 Pro. I don't have 9.5 installed ...

For the price I paid, I do not regret my purchase. I can tell by analyzing the drawing and camera tools and seeing some works done ...

Animate Flying Over Terrain?

I want to create a camera that fly over some natural terrain. The effect I want is to make it seem as though we are traveling for miles starting slow then at a high rate of speed and ease slower toward the end of the trip. But the main thing I would like to learn is how to make the visual effect of ...

Re: Frame by Frame animation?

-neeters_guy That worked. Thanks. -braj Thanks, I actually watched that earlier. It reminds me of making symbols in Flash and using the library. Or not that I ever really got into it but how different is that technique from using keyframe caddy? I didn't buy this with too much expectation. The progr...

Re: Frame by Frame animation?

Thanks for the reply.
As long as I know it can be done, I'm happy.

I tried doing a search for "frame by frame" and "frame animation" but the search says the words are too common in these forums. But I did find some things through google though.

Frame by Frame animation?

Hello all, I'm new here and new to animation. I been working mostly in 3D rendering and doing simple camera animations but now I'm ready to finally get serious with 2D animation. I just bought Anime Studio Pro 9.5 and while waiting for my shipment I'm reading in some reviews that frame by frame anim...
