I think it's fair to say ZBrush (like most 3D apps) still has a pretty steep learning curve. Is it expensive? Pixologic's updates are usually pretty significant, and they have yet to charge for them (in my experience), so keep that in mind. Great product, great company.

OS X 10.2.8 & Python 2.3.3 ...
Hi, Install problem. On launch, Papagayo asked for MacPython 2.3, so installed it. Papagayo still asking. I noticed MacPython installer placed 2.3.3 in /Library/Frameworks/Etc. and your info.plist has "PyRuntimeLocations" of /System/Library/Frameworks/Etc. (just changing that string didn't...

FYI ...
I'm not aware of anything for OS X right now. Cribble's right about eBay. Took me a couple months, but finally picked up NIB copy of Flash MX for pretty reasonable price.
FYI (for perspective): Opened your original SWF in Flash MX, exported Flash 6, file size 54 KB.

On The Other Hand ...
I would be in favor of a separate "Frame Zero" drawing pop-up window if it was the only way LM could improve the Moho drawing experience, or if it made it easier for them to do that. Quick Example: Select a Vector/Image Layer. Trigger Frame Zero drawing mode. Up pops the window. On the lef...

Agreed ...
One thing that I like better in Flash is that it's easier to sketch. I agree. Finally picked up Flash MX this year and the brush tool really surprised me. IMO Flash's drawing tools generally create a faster real-time environment for drawing. Then you start to animate and Moho boots Flash out the do...

One Possibility ...
Stephen, Does that happen consistently? I ask because 5.1 (Mac version) still has the issue where you have to restart Moho every (guessing here) 40 minutes to normalize CPU usage. So, if the problem only pops up after Moho's been running for X amount of time, maybe that's your culprit. If so, here's...

Free Mac OS X Menu Utility ...
Just ran across this recently. Depending on your work habits, you may find it useful.
http://homepage.mac.com/khsu/DejaMenu/DejaMenu.html
Basically, a universal accessibility tool that pops up your app's menu bar as a contextual menu when you trigger a pre-defined key sequence.

Mac-only?
Cribble, Not sure, just have a Mac right now. My experience with it mostly from a year or so ago when I didn't have access to anything else for a couple months. New version doesn't look look substantially different though ... so my guess is it would still work elsewhere if it did before. Will be int...

Just in regard to my earlier post:
I should add that LM never claimed the patch would resolve this particular issue. As a user, I guess you always look for the magic bullet
.
Looking forward to the next patch -- Greg.

Still An Issue Post-5.0.9 Mac Patch ...
I'm still seeing this problem after the patch. :( Didn't time either session, but in first Moho eventually slowed to a crawl and was idling at 70-80% of CPU when I checked. Watched Moho second session and was idling at 60% after about 30 minutes. In both cases, restarting Moho returned things to nor...
