When I move my rigged leg the stroke at the top of it (that hides behind the torso) appears when I lift the leg too high. It's not a case of lifting it unrealistically ...

I think I've figured out my problem. I had each leg on its own layer. I've put them on the same layer and one shape with a crotch. It looks a lot better now. Does anyone have any good tips for joining limbs naturally to the body? When I move my rigged character's leg for example, the top of the leg appears under the torso. I tried created an "ass" which matched the colour of the legs and removed the stroke. But it still looks a bit naff. Cheers...

Youtube has many great tutorials. Plus you can sometimes talk with the creator when you don't understand something. And if God doesn't answer, you can ask the person who made the Youtube video.
